He is currently serving as a Full-Time Faculty Member in MBA programs, where he focuses on guiding future business leaders and providing valuable insights into international business.

 

In addition to his role as an educator, Dr. Soni is an International Business Expert and has extensive experience in global trade and economics. He is also a Trainer in Trade Portals, offering specialized training on digital trade platforms and their role in modern commerce.

 

As a Researcher, his work centers around Environment and Sustainability, with a focus on how businesses can integrate sustainable practices into their strategies. This interest in sustainability also reflects in his work as a Case Writer, where he develops relevant case studies to help businesses and students navigate the challenges and opportunities of sustainable business practices.

 

Dr. Soni also works as a Business Coach, Consultant, and Mentor, helping organizations and individuals achieve their business goals, optimize operations, and strategize for long-term growth. His advisory role extends to being a Trustee of an NGO, where he contributes to community development efforts and supports social causes.
