Dr. Monica C Singh is a professional with diversified experience of 22 years in Academics (management), Training (Training from the Back of the Room Certified Practitioner), Career & Life Coaching (Certified Professional Coach), and Career Counselling (Certified Career Analyst). She is a doctorate in management who has over 2 decades of teaching experience as a full-time and visiting faculty with premier management institutions. She has conducted Faculty Development programs and training programs for students. She has a keen interest in research and has published research papers, case studies, and abstracts in international and national journals. Dr. Monica, as a corporate trainer, has conducted more than 280 Management Development programs, benefitting professionals from the premier organizations in the areas of insurance, management, facility management, soft skills, and finance. She is also a Certified Professional Coach (International Coaching Federation (ICF path) with a coaching experience of more than 400 hours with clients from all across the globe.
